Public transport
You can reach us by train or bus.
The University of Music Lübeck is approx. 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. (see plan). On the way you pass two famous Lübeck sights, the Holstentor (Holsten Gate) and the Puppenbrücke (Bridge of Statues). After passing the Holstentor, cross over the Travebrücke (Trave Bridge) and turn right into the Obertrave. You will find the entrance to our Concert Hall on the promenade"An der Obertrave" after crossing the intersection to the "Grosse Petersgrube".

Directions by car
Approaching from the motorway A1 (from the direction of Hamburg or Puttgarden), exit Lübeck centre (Lübeck-Zentrum), around the Lohmühle roundabout, first turning on the right, take the left lane at the next crossroad, turn left into the Fackenburger Allee, follow the road (cross over the railway bridge) to the Lindenplatz roundabout, make use of the various parking opportunities (the largest capacity is available in the Willy-Brandt-Alle).To find this car park leave the Lindenplatz roundabout in the direction of the Holsten Gate (Holstentor) and turn left at the next crossroads, the Willy-Brandt-Allee is straight ahead.
Travelling Time
The travelling time from the motorway to the various inner city car parks is approx. 10 minutes, if the traffic is flowing smoothly.
Please Note: The promenade "An der Obertrave" has been reconstructed and there are no longer any parking spaces directly opposite the University of Music Lübeck. Please make use of the ample parking opportunities which are available within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the University.
