Complaints procedure
If no satisfactory solution has been found even after you have provided feedback to the above contact, you can contact the complaints office of the state of Schleswig-Holstein in accordance with the State Disability Equality Act (LBGG). The complaints office is responsible for resolving conflicts relating to accessibility between people with disabilities and public authorities in Schleswig-Holstein. The aim is not to find winners or losers. Rather, the aim is to find a solution to a problem jointly and out of court with the help of the complaints office. The complaints procedure is free of charge. There is no need to seek legal assistance.
