The Lübeck learning center of the Digital Learning Campus is changing location: after around a year and a half of success in the ÜBERGANGSHAUS, the educational program is moving to the Haerder Center.

The ÜBERGANGSHAUS will remain open until December 19, 2025. The building will then be renovated and used by the city center high schools in the future. The services offered by Lernort Lübeck are expected to resume at the Haerder Center in spring 2026.

We are very happy that the Lübeck learning center continues to thrive in the heart of Lübeck. We welcome every visitor!

Under the motto “Lübeck learns about the future,” the new location will continue to offer free and accessible educational opportunities for people of all ages and educational backgrounds. Plans include information events and after-work talks on digital topics, creative spaces, career counseling, programming and robotics courses, media literacy formats for families, and special programs for schoolchildren, working people, and senior citizens.

The popular MHL offerings such as “Human-Machine Songwriting” and “Music for All” will be offered at two locations in the future: at the Haerder Center and at the new MHL premises in the former Bundesbank building. There, visitors can also experience additional formats such as “Future Sonic Environments,” the “Empathy Machine,” and “Robot Music.”

The offerings of the Digital Learning Campus Lernort Lübeck are aimed at people of all ages and educational backgrounds and are generally free of charge.
