Post-graduate training »Elementary Music Education (EME)«

Blick auf trommelnde Personen

Actively creating music with children - few things bring experiences as strong and impactful. In order to chaperone young people with little prior experience and help them discover their musical potential, well trained, artistically sensitive and pedagogically trained teachers are needed.

Why study EME extra occupationally?

  • enhance and deepen musical and pedagogical competences
  • academic graduation certificate (Diploma of Advanced Studies, 50 ECTS) – recognisable for other programmes
  • certified teaching qualification by the Landesverband der Musikschulen Schleswig-Holsteins
  • good chances for a permanent position at music schools
  • flexible study programme that can be fitted to individual needs - compatible with job and family
